I have been part of this group in San Francisco and Boston, and would love to bring it to Portland (I am moving there in February). It is support group of peers-- young women who have all lost their mothers-- who get together every few weeks to talk about the difficulty of losing their mom and the struggles as life continues on. It is not led by a trained professional, rather just "us," listening and helping each other.
