Our meetup is all about sharing where we are in our grief and loss process, getting support and offering ideas and support to our fellow members.

I hope all of you will "come as you are"
If you are having a good day or a good week, come and share the hope and healing that you are experiencing. Other members will appreciate the promise of healing that you share with us.

If you are having a tough day or week, come and share what's up for you right now. I know it can seem easier to stay at home. We are here to support you. You may find that one of us is in the same place or has been where you are now.

Our agenda is simple:

    • “ As always a brave group of seekers showed up for our meeting. This month, we had a mixed group, some of us coping with lost relationships and others coping with a death. What we keep learning is no matter how different the circumstances of the loss that many of the feelings are the same. Sharing, being open hearted and receiving support and suggestions helped each one of us. ”
